Paver Cleaning & Restoration in Western MA & Northern CT

Weeds in the joints and ants under the stones are not a landscaping problem. They are a sand problem. Once the joint sand washes out, the pavers start shifting.

Sound Familiar?

  • Weeds and grass growing between pavers
  • Ant hills pushing sand out of the joints
  • Loose or rocking stones underfoot
  • Faded, dirty color across the whole patio

Full restoration, not just a rinse. Old sand out, joints cleaned, fresh polymeric sand in and locked down so the patio holds together.

How the Job Goes

  1. Step 1

    Deep clean

Surface cleaned and joints flushed of old sand, weeds, and roots.

  2. Step 2

    Dry out

Pavers need to dry fully before sand goes back in. Rushing this is why sand fails.

  3. Step 3

    Re sand

Fresh polymeric sand swept into every joint and set to lock.

  4. Step 4

    Seal if requested

Sealer deepens the color and helps the surface stay clean longer.

  • Weeds and roots pulled out of the joints
  • Fresh polymeric sand installed
  • Optional sealing for color and protection
  • Walkways, patios, and pool surrounds

Paver Restoration Questions

Will the weeds come back?

Polymeric sand hardens in the joints and blocks most growth. It is the single best thing you can do to stop weeds.

Do I have to seal?

No. Cleaning and re sanding is the core job. Sealing is an upgrade if you want richer color.

How long does it take?

Most patios are cleaned one day and sanded once dry. Weather decides the schedule.
